To start steal, all you have to do is go on youtube and search for commonly phished topics. I like to use things like "rapidshare hacks" "megaupload Hacks" "Gmail Hacks" etc

Now, scroll through the pages until you find one that offers a download.

Download the program, but don't open it.

download and install Dis#, a .net decompiler. Open Dis# and then open the .exe you got from Youtube with it.

Open up the code and scroll through it until you find code that references email and smtp.

Now look through this section. You should be able to find their username and password. Now, log into their email, do what you want with the accounts (posting what you dont want here would be nice).
