Goto notepad from your start menu and open it and type

ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
exit


now goto save as and save it as ip.bat (you have to put bat to make it a batch
file for cmd)

click the ip.bat you just made and it give you a new ip address from your ISP.

now goto you brower and delete cookies and cache and you can continue downloading.
